Refund policy
At Sukhie, we take great pride in the quality of our marble and wood products. Each piece is carefully crafted and inspected before dispatch. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described. Due to the natural and handcrafted nature of our marble and wood products, minor variations in grain, texture, veining, and colour are not considered defects — they are part of what makes each piece unique.
To initiate a return, please email us at mailtosukhies@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- - Clear photos of the item and the packaging
- - A description of the issue
We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- - Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence
- - Items returned without prior approval
- - Sale items
RETURN SHIPPING
For approved returns, we will arrange pickup or provide return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer. Given the weight and fragility of marble and wood items, please ensure items are securely packed in their original packaging.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for damaged or defective products only. If you would like a different product, please place a new order after your return is approved.
