Shipping Policy – Sukhie
Thank you for shopping with Sukhie. We take great care in packing and delivering our marble and wood products safely to you.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Rates
We offer the following shipping rates for orders within Delhi NCR:
- Orders below ₹500: ₹120 shipping fee
- - Orders between ₹500 and ₹1000: ₹100 shipping fee
- - Orders above ₹1000: Free shipping
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 4–5 business days within Delhi NCR.
Packaging
Our marble and wood products are fragile and are carefully packed with protective materials to ensure they arrive safely. Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, please note this when signing for the delivery.
Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mailtosukhies@gmail.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Currently, we deliver only within Delhi NCR. We do not ship outside this region at this time.
